March 2013

Shatana Heirs'n'Graces wins 2013 Australian National Champion Yearling Part Arabian filly colt or gelding
at 2013 Australian Championships. An impressive start to her show career also winning Champion
and 2 Reserve Championships at East Coast Championships and prior to this Champion and Supreme
awards throughout the Victorian show circuit. Many Thanks to Jason and Jess from JH Show Training for
presenting Gracie at the highest level and taking such wonderful care of her.

November 2012

Breeding plans are now underway and we have the following foals due in 2013

Our Gazal Al Shaqab daughter Star of Gazal WR (imp USA) has been bred to the 2011 Gold Champion Stallion 
 Jadaan Al Shaqab (imp Qatar)

                

Partbred mare Orabanda Harlan Fash'n has been bred to Gai El Jullyen (imp USA)
for a full sibling to the showring super star "Shatana Angelina Jullye"

              

Pure Arabian Mare Gaisha Girl has been returned to the European super sire MF Aryan El Thessa
for a full sibling to her 2012 filly

            


                      
Shatana is proud to announce the safe arrival of our first foal of the season a beautiful typey grey filly sired by MF Aryan El Thessa out of Gaisha Girl (Gai El Jullyen (imp USA) x The Palms Uptown Girl). We are extremely thrilled with this gorgeous girl and she has already stolen the hearts of all that have been to visit her. 

 

We are proud to announce our second and final foal for the season another gorgeous filly sired by MF Aryan El Thessa out of the Opus Comet JP (imp Brazil) daughter Kasban Poise'n'Ivy. We are very happy to have two beautiful fillies born from this exciting stallion and look forward to watching both baby girls grow. 

        

August 2012

Shatana welcomes the very beautiful Marwans Fortune KP to the stud an extremely elegant daughter of RHR Heir of Marwan (imp/exported USA) out of the amazing show mare Bremervale Fortune Queen. This lovely filly will grace the show ring before becoming a very valuable part of our breeding program. A granddaughter of the great Marwan Al Shaqab we look forward to a great future with this very delightful filly.

              

May 2012

Shatana Angel of Harlan and Shatana Angelina Jullye again impressed the judges at our Queensland shows. Angelina was awarded 1st Place and Reserve Champion at the Gala Event 1st place and Reserve Champion at the Qld Challenge show. Angel of Harlan won 2 x 1st places for  Champion - Part Arabian shown by AOH and Champion Arabian derivative with 50% + arabian blood at the challenge show. Our beautiful gelding Chelleason El Lorenzo was 1st place 3 year of gelding and Reserve Champion intermediate Gelding at the Qld Challenge show.

  

March 2012

Shatana Angelina Jullye and Shatana Angel of Harlan did us proud at the 2012 Australian National Championships. Angelina shown by Cameron was awarded Australian National Champion Partbred Arabian shown by AOH and then the following day was awarded Reserve National Champion Yearling Partbred Arabian filly gelding or colt. Angel of Harlan looked after me in the AOH class with a top 10 placing (3rd on points) she then went on to be awarded Reserve Australian National Champion Partbred Arabian filly/gelding 2 and 3 years.  We are so proud of our beautiful girls

          


Feb 2012

Shatana Angelina Jullye  wins East Coast Champion Partbred filly and goes on to win Reserve Champion of Champions on finals night. What a thrill for the stud to win back to back Partbred filly  East Coast Championships.

                   

Jan 2012 

We have started the new year on a high with our Partbred filly "Shatana Angelina Jullye" winning Champion Partbred at the WDARAB Spectacular A class show. Then we were off to the Victorian Classic and Angelina was awarded first place out of a class of 9 lovely fillies. She then strutted once again to take out the overall Reserve Champion female partbred - beautifully shown by Jason Hodgins. 

  

Oct 2011 

We have 2 mares confirmed in foal to the beautiful exotic double Ali Jamaal son "MF Aryan El Thessa" (pic below) both babies due September 2012.

Oct 2011

Lorenzo has been broken in and has commenced his saddle training with leading rider Paul Austin. Showing amazing trainability in such a short amount of time the decision was made to enter him at the TOTR A class Arabian show for his first saddle event. Lorenzo showing like a pro and impressing all that watched he won the maiden and placed 2nd in a good Novice class. He went on to win Reserve Champion Novice Purebred under saddle, so proud of him he has only been going for 6 weeks. This horse will be a serious competition horse of the future and we look forward to following his career.

          

Nov 2011

Our Third and final foal for the season has been born another filly By Star of Gazal (imp USA) sired by Chelleason Crown Jewel. A stunning bay filly with a perfect star on her forehead.  A stunning girl with a tonn of look at me attitude she is certainly going to shine - she has been named Shatana Jewel of Gazal

                          

The second foal has arrived safe and sound another beautiful filly Sired by RHR Heir of Marwan out of Orabanda Harlan Fash'n. This is Punky's third baby and so far she has given us 3 fillies. This beautiful girl has been named Shatana Heirs n Graces and is everything we could of hoped for with this cross

                                             


Sept 2011

The first of this season foals have arrived a stunning bay turning grey filly from our purebred mare Gaisha Girl x Coolbreeze Star Struck (pic below). This sassy Arabian Pony filly has the most amazing attitude and will make an exciting show horse. She has been named Shatana Lovestruck and is available for purchase
 
                                                 

Feb 2011

The 2011 show season has started on a high with "Shatana Angel of Harlan" winning Champion partbred yearling filly at the prestigious East Coast championships in Sydney.

                                           

With great excitement Angel enters the big arena one more time on finals night to contend the title of Champion of Champions The announcement is made and the winner..............Shatana Angel of Harlan our beautiful girl wins the ultimate prize. 

                    
                         
Nov 2010

We welcome our final foal for the season a stunning bay AWB colt by Warrawee Veeana sired by the dressage superstar Gymnastik Star. He has the most elastic movement and amazing hock action for a foal. He will certainly be a super performance horse of the future. More info can be found on our For Sale page.

The decision was made to travel to Sydney for the National Arabian Stud Horse Show with our special partbred filly "Shatana Angel of Harlan"  She amazed all before her winning the championship title as well as the Little Egypt cup for the best yearling filly. An extremely proud moment for us as she is the first horse to be shown bred by the stud. She was also shown a month earlier to win Champion partbred at the Spring Affair show in Qld.

Shatana welcomes the first foal for the 2010 breeding season a gorgeous bay daughter of Orabanda Harlan Fashn sired by Gai El Jullyen (imp US).
"Shatana Angelina Jullye" is more than we hoped for from this cross and we are delighted that we have another gorgeous filly to add to our show team.


 

 

August 2010

Star of Gazal wr

Star of Gazal wr has settled in well and loves her more relaxed lifestyle here in sunny Queensland Australia.
Stella was taken across the boarder to Murwillumbah Show to make her show ring debut and impress all before her she did winning Champion junior Female and then awarded the ultimate Supreme Champion sash. We then headed to Sydney for the Australian Championships and she did us proud winning Top 10 Australian National Champion 2 year old filly.

 

Chelleason El Lorenza

Chelleason El Lorenza made his show ring debut in Sydney at the East Coast Arabian Championships and Australian National Championships. Lorenzo did us proud winning East Coast Reserve Champion junior gelding and then being sashed Top 10 Australian National Champion. Returning home he backed up his top performances with winning the Pan Pacific Arabian showcase Champion Junior gelding award and then finishing up with the season with Champion junior gelding at the Queensland challenge show.

 

Orabanda Harlan Fash’n

Orabanda Harlan Fash’n delivered the most exquisite bay filly “Shatana Angel of Harlan” sired by Opus Comet. She has the colouring and markings of her sire and the amazing face, eyes and attitude of her dam. We are very excited about this filly and look forward to showing her in the near future. Punky is expecting her second foal in Oct 2010 to Gai El Jullyen (imp US)

Warrawee Veeana

Warrawee Veeana foaled a beautiful bay filly to Donautraum but unfortunately the filly died during colic surgery at 2 days of age. She was a replica of her dam and it was a great loss to the stud. Veeana was such a loving mother and adored her foal the decision was made to put her back in foal. She is now in foal the dressage super sire Gymnastik Star.
